Windy Ridge Business and Technology Park
This emerging new business park, encompassing almost 200 acres of land near the intersection of US Route 422 and SR 286, features a premier business park environment, with water elements, walking trails, and almost 40 acres of wooded open spaces.
The park will host a mix of potential business clientele, including commercial services, offices buildings, research and development, light manufacturing, and more.
The first phase of the development is already complete, and Phase 2 is currently under development. Phase 2 will encompass highway improvements and signalization, infrastructure installations, and pad-development on over 30 acres, primarily for commercial and office uses. Phase 2 will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2016.
The third and final phase is projected to commence in 2016, following completion of Phase 2. When completed, the Windy Ridge development will provide 12 to 15 parcels, ranging in size from 3 to 20 acres. 119 Business Park
This new business park, located at the intersection of US Route 119 and Luciusboro Road, adjacent to the communities of Coral-Graceton, comprises two shovel-ready terraces of approximately 8 acres each, with underground utilities and a public access road.
Storm water facilities and preliminary site grading were completed in early 2014, and access road paving and street lighting were completed in the fall of 2014. Each terrace will be subdivided into individual parcels according to the future occupants’ needs.
